Ops stack for indie hackers and solo SaaS founders before $10k MRR.
Pipeline · Support · Ship calendar · Pricing experiments · MRR + runway lite.
No course. No “second brain.” No fluff.
You’re shipping. You’re answering DMs. You’re half-remembering who said they’d try the product next week.
What you don’t have is a small, boring system that answers four questions every Friday:
Most founders solve this by opening 12 tabs and hoping muscle memory holds. It doesn’t. Especially on launch week.
Indie Ops Pack is the anti-generic kit: four Notion databases you can import, a lite MRR + runway workbook, and a playbook for launch week, first 10 customers, and a 30-minute weekly review.
| Asset | What you get |
|---|---|
| Notion HQ | 4 importable CSVs: Pipeline, Support Inbox, Ship/Content Calendar, Pricing Experiments — plus setup + views README |
| MRR + runway lite | Excel workbook (MRR Tracker, Runway, Instructions) + CSV copies for Google Sheets |
| Indie Ops Playbook | Launch week SOP, first-10-customers process, 30-min weekly review (PDF + Markdown) |
| Demo walkthrough | 8–12 min Loom-style setup narration script |
| Buyer README + FAQ | Setup order that doesn’t invent a fourth step |
Sample rows are fictional indie SaaS companies so views look real on day one. Replace them after import.
Stages that force progress. No “someday” parking lot. Every lead has a stage, a next action, and a due date. If you can’t name the next action, it’s not a lead — it’s a bookmark.
Bugs live in the issue tracker. Customer questions live here. Triage status, severity, and “reply by” so founder-led support doesn’t silently rot in Gmail.
Launch week dies when product ship dates and content dates live in different apps. One board. Ship date visible. Content and product on the same week view.
Log the experiment, the hypothesis, the decision. Even “no change this week” counts. Pricing without a log is superstition.
Plus the sheet: Prior Ending MRR → New / Churned / Expansion → Net New → Ending MRR, and a runway tab with cash, burn, and revenue offset you can update in five minutes on Friday.
NOTION_SETUP.md, import the four CSVs, fix Date/Select/Number types, build Board + Calendar views.Done when: you can log a lead, close a support ticket, see this week on a calendar, and know runway months without opening five apps.
If you want the importable version instead of rebuilding it again:
