Solo SaaS Monday Launch Checklist (Pre–$10k MRR)

Printable checklist · Last reviewed 2026-09-22 Asia/Shanghai · No launch or revenue guarantees

A 45-minute Monday morning pass for scope freeze, channel discipline, and inbound capture. This is a process checklist, not a promise of customers or MRR.

Who this is for

Solo SaaS founders about to ship (or re-ship) while still doing outreach, support, and pricing themselves—especially when launch week tends to drown in channels.

Before you start (3 minutes)

The checklist

1. Scope freeze (8 minutes)

Done when: the cut list has at least one Kill.

2. Channel discipline (7 minutes)

Done when: two channels max are named in writing.

3. Buy your own product (10 minutes)

Done when: you have an empty-state screenshot and a resolved self-ticket.

4. Inbound capture board (10 minutes)

5. Known-issues reply (5 minutes)

6. Monday close-out (2 minutes)

Write three lines only:

  1. What ships this week:
  2. What I will ignore:
  3. First inbound I’ll answer personally:

How this differs from Friday Ops

Friday is a weekly close (MRR/runway, pipeline hygiene, one Kill). Monday Launch is a ship-week opener (scope freeze, channel cap, buy-your-own, inbound board). Use both; don’t merge them into one sprawling ritual.
